Founding Partner · Director of Investment Strategy and Trading

Max Mayhew

Max Mayhew is responsible for the firm’s investment programme and its trading. He oversees the design and governance of the proprietary models on which the strategy depends, and the execution of the fund’s long/short equity, event-driven and arbitrage-oriented positions. The firm seeks to identify inefficiencies where liquidity, timing, structure, or market positioning create favourable risk-adjusted return opportunities; that remit is set, and reviewed, by him.

Henry Cohen
Founding Partner · Director of Client Services

Henry Cohen

Henry Cohen is responsible for the firm’s relationships with its clients. The fund is available by invitation only, and he leads the introductions through which Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties join it, including onboarding, deposits and withdrawals, and the statements issued to clients each January and July. As the partnership grows, new client acquisition partners will report to him.

Founding Partner · Director of Strategy Management and Automation

Mihkel Tali

Mihkel Tali is responsible for the systems through which the strategy runs. He oversees the automation of the firm’s proprietary models, the infrastructure that carries them from research into live trading, and the monitoring under which they operate day to day, so that positions are managed continuously and within the limits the partners have agreed.
